Care and Storage

Handle Silverland Bakery product with love:

Freeze immediately upon arrival

Defrost one hour before presentation

Do not refrigerate, keep in a cool dry place or frozen

Silverland baked goods can be re-frozen after thawing

6 month frozen shelf life


BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: COOKIE DOUGH 

Keep cookie dough frozen prior to placing pucks on baking sheets.  

Preheat convection oven to 275° F  Line cookie sheets with non-stick liners 

SMALL COOKIES: (1.5oz, 3in baked) drop dough on prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 17 minutes. 

LARGE COOKIES: (3-4.5oz, 4.5in baked) drop dough on prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes 

If your convection oven is not calibrated properly you may need to turn trays as necessary to achieve even baking.
